Kentucky Utilities Company: what it publishes for small generators (qualifying facilities) under PURPA, field by field, with the source for each. Checked on October 4, 2026.
When this may change: At least every two years: 807 KAR 5:054 Section 5(1)(a) requires utilities with annual retail sales over 500 million kWh to file avoided cost data not less often than every two years unless the PSC decides otherwise. The tariff states no update date; the current SQF rates were set in the base rate case.
Rates, eligibility and contract terms change: confirm them with the utility or the state utility commission before relying on them.
