Kentucky Power Company: what it publishes for small generators (qualifying facilities) under PURPA, field by field, with the source for each. Checked on October 4, 2026.
When this may change: At least every two years: 807 KAR 5:054 Section 5(1)(a) requires avoided cost data to be filed not less often than every two years unless the PSC decides otherwise. The tariff says only that the credit rates are subject to revision from time to time as approved by the Commission.
Rates, eligibility and contract terms change: confirm them with the utility or the state utility commission before relying on them.
