Who we are

What we collect, and why

• Server logs. Our web host keeps standard web server logs (your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser type). They show us whether the sites work and whether anyone is using them. We don't combine them with anything else.
• Anonymous usage counts. A few pages add a line such as "calculator used" to a counter, with the date only: no IP address, no name, no email.
• Abuse limits. To stop automated abuse of checkout, our servers keep a counter keyed to a one-way hash of your IP address and the hour. These counters are deleted within a couple of hours.
• Payments. Payments, receipts, tax and refunds are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number. Stripe tells us that a payment was made, for which product and how much, and gives us the email address and name you entered at checkout so we can deliver your purchase and answer support requests. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the data it collects: stripe.com/privacy.
• Email you send us. If you email us, we keep the message and our reply so we can help you and keep a record. We don't sell it or share it, and we don't add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us.

Free tools and calculators

The checkers, calculators, label makers and similar tools run in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us. Some tools save your entries in your browser's local storage, on your own device, so they are there when you come back. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Cookies and tracking

We don't set cookies. When you pay, Stripe Checkout (a page run by Stripe) sets its own cookies under its own policy. If we run ads, an ad click may carry a tag in the web address (for example utm_source=google) so we can count visits; we don't install ad or analytics scripts on our pages.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep payment confirmations and support emails as long as needed to run the business and meet our legal and accounting duties. Server logs are kept by our host under its own schedule. To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete your emails, write to hello@hundreddollarlabs.com. Payment records held by Stripe, and records we must keep by law, may not be removable.

Children

Our sites are for people who run businesses. They are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this page we will update the date at the top.
