Energy rate structureMarket-indexed, no fixed number. Delmarva sells the QF's energy in the PJM real-time energy market and pays the hourly energy price received from PJM, less PJM ancillary charges. Existing customers without hourly interval metering are paid the month's average hourly Load Weighted Residual Metered Load Aggregate LMP. The QF pays a $3.01 monthly customer charge plus a monthly meter charge. Capacity paymentOnly if the QF is certified by PJM as a PJM Capacity Resource: Delmarva offers the capacity in PJM capacity markets and pays the capacity price received from PJM, less PJM charges and its out-of-pocket PJM compliance cost. No fixed capacity rate.
